He beat down Superman Pre Crisis with no effort all on his own. All supergirl did was open his armor, which killed her. This is COEI, not the one with the AM cannon.

No. He dropped superman like a fly, then she ripped it open in a rage and the expanding blast killed her. This is the smaller, blue and grey AM, not the large one with gold anti matter absorbing armor.
