actually a good vs, both are very powerfull but since toguro´s main power is anti-age (thats the reason why he turned to demon) and great regeneration, and his speed and strenght are amazing, he would win. in the case of get caught by barragan´s power and asuming that has efect on him, he could regenerate, hit him and regenerate again or just hit him with huge things.... but would be a great fight
