I’d say in most cases Aliens win, they just blast every one from orbit.

How are the werewolves going to attack the aliens from orbit in the first place? Even if they could get into orbit they’d stand no chance against the spaceships.

Oh wait, werewolves can only be killed by silver bullets and the other sides don’t know that. Nor do they have any.
